Worlds Best Hamstring Stretches.    After months of painful running, some chiro and ART on my piriformus, it turns out that this stretch, done 3 times daily, pretty much made today's run pain free. Discomfort is down to annoying and only a 4 on a scale of 10. Even hills were nearly normal.  I'm also getting my hubs to extend my somatic leg stretch up to increase mobility. Plus some glute strengthing work too. For the first time in months I have some optimism!
