Swish oil in mouth for 15-20 minutes a day on an empty stomach. In the beginning, aim for 1-5 minutes (this is especially important for people who smoke as they may have strong detox reactions). INSTRUCTION/ASSESSMENT: This is a great activity to get students talking to each other! Each student is given a card and discusses the topic with their partner. With sentence/topic prompts, it is easier for students to begin and carry on a conversation with a peer versus having to come up with something to say on their own. This activity is best done in partners first, then can be used with groups once students are comfortable talking to each other.
