It’s so easy to make almond flour! I never buy it because I can make it so quickly. I usually just make the amount that I need right before I make a recipe with almond flour. For best results use blanched almonds. 1 cup of almonds for 1 cup of flour, put in food processor pulse until texture is right. Don't do it to long or it will turn into almond butter
