This window is called a bow, rather than a bay because it gently curves rather than having straight angular lines. The customer has honeycomb shades in each of the five windows so we created a simple valance to cover the headrails when they are raised. The side panels are hung from two short rods rather than one long rod with a bracket showing in the middle. (One of my pet peeves!). DIY Window Treatment for Bay Windows made using conduit & spray paint. Worthwhile to consider for our bay window, but not sure will work given that our window doesn't bump out. Best ides is likely just a straight curtain rod w/ mounts & tie backs.
