8 pcs chicken (legs&thighs); 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs; 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs; 1 tsp Garlic Powder; 1 tsp Salt/Pepp; 4 Tbsp Olive Oil. Mix bread crumbs & spices in a baggy. Break eggs into dish & mix well. Pat chicken dry & coat in egg mixture, then drop into breading. Shake well until chicken is well coated, then place on parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle each piece of chicken with ½ tsp of olive oil, & bake at 350 for 40-45 mins.
