The title is no lie. This is the BEST meatloaf you will ever eat. If you have meatloaf qualms, set them aside and try this!\n\n Ingredients:\n 2 pounds ground beef\n 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers\n 1 egg, beaten\n 1 cup milk\n 1/2 cup ketchup\n 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped\n 1 teaspoon salt\n 1/2 teaspoon black pepper\n 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder\n 3/4 cup ketchup\n 1/4 cup brown sugar\n 1/4 cup apricot preserves\n 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
brown sugar meatloaf. Use only 1/4 cup brown sugar with 1/2 c ketchup and 1 T worcestershire sauce. Mix and use as glaze on top. For filling, use 1/2 cup milk, 2 cloves garlic, only one egg, and 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs. Form into loaf and put in large casserole dish to bake. Pour off greae as it cooks.
