Brownie Brittle Recipe 1 pkg brownie mix 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 egg 1/4 cup oil (or what the brownie mix calls for)1/4 water (this is a little more than called for on the package) 13"x9" pan sprayed with baking spray Preheat oven to 300 Mix ingredients together and pour a thin layer in the bottom of the pan, or spread a thin layer evenly. Sprinkle your chocolate chips on top and bake in 300 degree oven until it feels firm. Then let it cool on a rack. Break it up and enjoy.
