Filling; 1# of ground beef, 1 can refried beans, 1 pkg of taco seasoning, stir in 1 box of prepared mexican rice (only cook 1/2 of time stated on box), place on tortilla, add veggies you want & roll up. Sauce; Blend together & warm up ,1 can enchilada sauce & 1 can of beef gravy, pour over burritos, top with cheese, bake till cheese melts at 350. Makes 8, I freeze 4 for later! I just make a new batch of sauce. So good, got the recipe from a good friend!
