The Caipirinha...My favorite cocktail. This is how I make it: 1 whole lime cut into eight pieces Muddle lime with 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1 Tbsp. brown sugar. Top highball glass with crushed ice. Pour Leblon Cachaca Rum up close to the rim. Shake and then enjoy...Ahhhh! I also add blueberries or strawberries to it for a summery boost. Fresh ginger in it for a Fall boost.
White Cocktail :: 2 1/2 oz. Prosecco, 1 oz. Cachaca, 1 1/2 cup lemon sorbet (depending on how slushy you desire), 1 fresh mint leaf, garnish Preparation: Add lemon sorbet to a tall chilled fluted glass and pour in Cachaca and Prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint.
