Chips and Queso recipe from Cafe Rio Ingredients 2 1/2 lb. White American Cheese 1/2 c. Jalapenos 1 small carton Half and Half 1 small carton Whipping Cream 1 small box Frozen Spinach Instructions 1. Thaw, drain and squeeze out spinach. 2. Cube cheese and combine with all other ingredients. 3. Microwave until melted, stirring occasionally. Can also be done in a slow cooker (cook time varies depending on method used). 4. Serve with tortilla chips.
