Tips on how to throw a seafood boil party, whether you love lobster, shrimp or want to do a traditional Cajun crawfish boil. Includes a Seafood Boil with Corn and Potatoes recipe that you can tweak to include crawfish, too!
Use Fresh Lemon juice, Parsley, Butter & Fresh Garlic mixed together with some Old Bay Seasoning.. Pour all over Red Potatoes, Corn & Seafood which I use Shell on Shrimp, Lobster Tail, Crab Legs & Andouile sausage.. Secure bag tightly place in or on baking pan & bake Low & Slow.. I use 350 for about 45 minutes that usually works fine then turn it up to about 450 for 15 minute to make sure corn & potatoes are fully cooked especially if the potatoes are not cut into small chunks..
Do your usual crab boil. I start with potatoes first, remove them when tender, add corn, sausage crablegs in pot together bring back to a boil for about 10 mins. Turn off flame & add shrimp, after 10 min. remove everything from pot. For garlic butter, just sauté butter in minced garlic, oregano, basil. Pour over boil and sprinkle with cajun seasoning, paprika, & parley flakes.
