Elizabeth Ann's Recipe Box: Easy Cobbler 1 box yellow cake mix large can of peaches (I used 29 oz) 1 stick of butter (cut into small pieces) cinnamon sugar Spray with pam or slightly cover an oblong baking dish with butter (I used 13x9 inch pan) Dump the cake mix in the pan. Pour in peaches (make sure that the juice mixes with the cake mix) and dot with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at temperature shown on box.

Almond Milk Quinoa with Peaches and Cinnamon The best breakfast ever. Healthy carbs and fuel for the day. Cook quinoa according to recipe but sub almond or soy milk for water. (Careful when you cook it tends to get frothy when hot) I like to cook this the night before and throw in the fridge , because I am always on the run in the morning.
