I don't do cross fit nor want to but this is a great informational sheet since I have been incorporating some of these into my high intensity parts of my workouts to avoid the cardio machines all together
The 5 mile challenge . At gym: depending on your fitness level (beginners will chose 3 machines and complete 1 mile). For intermediate to advanced here's the challenge choose 5 machines, complete 1 mile of each. You can repeat a cardio machine of your choice. At home: beginners a high pace walk for 30 mins. For more advanced do both stairs (15 mins) and jogging (15 mins) Do not forget to stretch or foam roll guys it is very important. Who's in? Let me hear you guys!!!!! .
