Cesar Milan,' the dog whisperer', an underdog himself, beat the odds. Because of his natural way with dogs, he was often called el Perrero, "the dog boy" while growing up in Mexico. At the age of 21, unable to speak any english and knowing no one, he illegally entered the US. He was hired as a dog groomer for his ability to work with the most aggressive dogs. Millan learned English and became a legal resident of the U.S. In 2000, he became a U.S. citizen.
Cesar Millan's wife, Ilusion, filed for divorce after 16 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. "We are sad to announce that after 16 years of marriage we have decided to file for divorce," read a statement posted on Millan's website. "The decision was made after much consideration and time. We remain caring friends, and are fully committed to the co-parenting of our two boys."

Cesar Millan & Daddy. Cesar went through depression after his divorce and then his dog passed away. He is better now with treatment and counselling. I admire people who tell people they are "human" also and not just celebrities.
