I've never worn a watch in my life. But I would totally make an exception for this one. (Note: for an engagement present, I'd prefer this to a diamond ring, no matter the carat count, so I hope my future fiance won't be too shocked when the ring disappears and is replaced by this gorgeous new timepiece!)
