Took a couple of hanging baskets I wasn't using and inverted them and a couple of cheap solar lights, the baskets already had holes in the bottom the exact size of the solar light. In about 5 minutes of work 2 homemade  hanging solar lamps.

Take a cheapo solar light from Wallyworld, and and some bling. Just add some glue and a reflective substance to the inside. Here I used Opal flakes and some silver glitter.

This works great if you mount the solar lights on every other post in your backyard! Make sure have the solar lights level with the top of the fence.  This provides plenty of sun for the solar panel, and looks great as it shines through a summer night!
