Cheese straws are the perfect gift for those who aren't into sweets. I love using a sharp cheddar for these as well - they truly taste like better Cheez-its. I roll them out on a floured surface and cut them out into strips or roll into pretzels. I bake them at 375 for about 15 minutes. They are amazing when they are fresh out of the oven.
