Cheddar's Restaurant Spinach Dip- 1 c. half and half, 1 c. monterey jack cheese, 8 oz. cream cheese, 4 oz. green chilies, 1 onion (chopped), 1 jalapeno (chopped), 10 oz package frozen spinach (drained/squeezed dry)----- Mix all ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour.
