Potatoes Au Gratin is easy to make and is one of my favorite side dishes. This cheesy potato casserole has layers of thin potatoes with a quick homemade cheese sauce and is baked until browned and bubbly! Pretty enough for guests, easy enough for any day of the week!
cheesy hashbrowns: 2 lbs thawed hash browns, 1/2 c melted butter, 1/4 t pepper, 1 t salt, 1/2 c chopped onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c sour cream, 2 c shredded cheddar, (mix all above & put in greased 9x13 pan), then combine 1/4 c melted butter with 2 c crushed corn flakes and spread on top of potato mixture, bake at 350 for 50-60 min
Cheesy Potato Caserole. The super easy one. Made with frozen hash brown potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese. I like to saute the diced onions in the cube of butter first before adding it to the mix.
