Chef Paul Prudhomme's Creole Poultry Magic seasoning copycat recipe ~ 1 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1/4 tsp cayenne; 1/4 tsp onion powder; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp ground black pepper; 1/4 tsp dried thyme; 1/4 tsp dried oregano; 1/4 tsp rubbed sage; dash cumin. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in a covered container. Sprinkle on any poultry to taste. Makes 4 teaspoons. #cajun #spices
