Fera, London Guy Oliver admits that Fera, the new farm-to-table restaurant in London’s legendary Claridge’s hotel, didn’t appear to be a natural fit at first. “Interior design is about telling a story, and Fera was a challenging story to tell,” he says. But the British designer managed to tell it in spectacular fashion, highlighting both the history of the space and chef Simon Rogan’s seasonal cuisine.
