Chicken Risotto... Although I do an adaptation of it, I use boil in a bag rice, boil it for 10 mins. Then, I use the cooked rice and toss, then use about 3-4 cups of chicken broth (chicken bullion and boiling water) and cook that until it looks about how I want it (however soupy you want it). I also add the Parmesan cheese, butter, and basil at the end, stir and serve. (I don't wait the five extra minutes.)
