Avocado Chocolate Pudding (2 ripe medium avocados, peeled and chopped 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup honey or raw agave nectar (or other sweetener of choice) 1/2 cup milk (regular or almond milk, coconut, etc.) 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract)
Girls Night Mud Slide. 4oz instant chocolate jello pudding, 1 cup milk, 1 cup Rum Chata, and 1 - 8oz Cool Whip. Mix milk, pudding & rum until thickened, fold in cool whip, pour into plastic jello shot containers and place in freezer for two hours.
This was the first time I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying a black sapote, also known as the ‘chocolate pudding fruit’ - and let me tell you, its colloquial name is no exaggeration. The taste and texture is unbelievable. It’s up there with medjool dates on the Nature’s Miracles list for sure. Sadly this is the only place I’ve ever found them (at Mullumbimby famers’ markets about 20 minutes from Byron Bay) but they were sourced from Far North Queensland... I NEED TO TRY THIS
