Epic Chocolate Stout Cake with Chocolate Bourbon Sour Cream Frosting Made this for Aleks' birthday. Really is an epic cake-more in proportions than in undertaking, though it's not quick to make. I also made and brushed each cake with bourbon simple syrup.
