Took my first Circuit training class today. I walked into the gym today with no intentions of taking a class until a lady in a hot pink shirt tapped my shoulder as I was running on the treadmill and said "I'm about to start a circuit training class, I'd love to have ya join us!" so I said ok and carried on for a minute or two...I thought "why not? Give it a try" So glad I did! So much fun!!!
