The arts are alive in NSD! Peachland School fifth graders have been working with hip-hop dance instructor Tiffany Bong, a Los Angeles Music Center artist. Ms. Bong teaches students the discipline of dance and the history of hip-hop art form. Her latest group showed their moves to classmates, parents and staff. The program is the result of an arts alliance between NSD and College of the Canyons, funded by the Thelma Pearl Howard Foundation and district funds.
