My fun twist on Deviled eggs.  Boil eggs, peel, cut in half.  Separate yolk from white, leave whites in neon food coloring for about 20 minutes.  Remove, pipe in yolk (mixed w/mayo) and voila!  Perfectly pretty for Easter Brunch!
