Cool Whip Frosting - from food.com and Kraft, featured on My Biscuits are Burning. Cool Whip, 1 c milk, 3 1/2 oz instant pudding, 1/4 powdered sugar, 8oz cool whip. Beat all but cool whip with whisk, fold in cool whip. Can use any flavor pudding - cheesecake for carrot cake, lemon, chocolate. Easy, quick and light.
Pudding + Cool Whip = The only frosting you will ever need! Mix 1 vanilla pudding packet with 1/2 of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Fold in 1 container of Cool Whip. Now lick the spoon. YUM!
Cool Whip and Pudding Frosting. Absolutely amazing! Tastes just like the whipped icing that is on grocery store cakes. Super light and fluffy and you can make a nice big swirl on top of your cupcakes with this. This will be my go-to icing for cakes and cupcakes now!
