Corn Casserole, from scratch :) it was ok the night I made it, a bit more moist than I expected since I had never had corn casserole before nor had I ever seen it. But it still tasted great! I also subbed the Sour Cream with Greek yogurt. But the left overs were even better! This is probably going to be a dish that I make ahead just to have as leftovers lol
