Sweet Corn Cake - Tastes very similar to Don Pablo's Spoon Bread. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT! I have made this several times. It's always a hit with NO leftovers. As an added plus it is also gluten-free so my Mom can eat it.
