Cast Iron Buttermilk Corn Bread. I didn't have buttermilk on hand so I added 1T of vinegar to the 1C of milk and let it stand for 5 minutes. 400 degrees for 25 minutes in a glass 8x8" dish. While still warm I glazed it with honeybutter. Delicious!!
