Here is my Corned Beef and Cabbage Recipe--Best Ever! 1 large corned beef peeled red potatoes peeled carrots quarterd yellow onion head of cabbage quartered lots of garlic chopped 1 large can or 2 bottles of Guinness Beer Large Stoneware or Good Roaster Put all ingredients in roaster, cover with beer. Place in 450 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 275 and cook for 3-4 hours.try not to open oven door until done cooking to maintain even temp. Eat and enjoy.
