Simple 4 ingredients: 20 oz can pineapple (drained really well), pt cottage cheese, 3 oz lime jello (any flavor you like), 10 oz cool whip. Mix together, set in fridge for a few hours. I've made this with many flavors of jello and types of canned fruit.
