To the man who says nothing directly to the woman he claims to love, refuses to prove how he feels, and tells lies. Bob Marley - "The biggest coward is the man who awakens a woman's love with no intention of loving her."
I've read so many Hemingway biography's and so many of his novels, and short stories ... and just things about his life, as well as his death (I have the book, "Final Drafts") ... so I can actually find the irony in this statement. sigh!
I guess it's a coward thing.... You cheated, you lied and you were a coward to admit the truth, repeatedly, when asked in the past. Did you really think I would never find out? I guess after all our time together, you figured I didn't care enough to notice whom or what was going on around you? Well by underestimating me you sealed your fate. You "compared" me... And you LOST!!! COWARD!!!
Sometimes I get so caught up in doing or saying or acting like what I think people want me to do or say or act like that I forget to be me. By doing that I am being a coward. Be yourself, in the end it will lead you to where you and only you were meant to go.
