Cracker Barrel Biscuits 2 C. self rising flour (Cracker Barrel uses White Lily brand)1/3 C. vegetable shortening, 2/3 C. buttermilk, melted butter Directions:Blend the flour and shortening together. Add the buttermilk and mix for one minute. Roll out and cut. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes then brush with melted butter.
