I like this chicken noodle casserole. I only use 1 can soup (usually cream of chicken) and no spices. Salt & Pepper to taste at the table is perfect. However, having a good flavor to your chicken is important, so make sure you spice it up a bit when you're cooking it beforehand (I like a dash of S&P and some Lawry's, Old Bay, or other season-all spice; just watch out for the salt content).
King Ranch Chicken Casserole - MY FAVORITE!! Chicken, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, salsa. chicken broth, onion, tortillas and cheese. Use a rotisserie chicken for quick assembly. Makes a great freezer meal. Everyone cleaned their plate! Even the picky eaters!!!
Cheesy Chicken Noodle Casserole: Mix together: 1 pound cooked and diced chicken 1 pound cooked wide egg noodles 24 oz sour cream 2 cups mozzarella 2 cups cheddar 1 can cream of mushroom And pour into 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle crushed ritz crackers on top. If desired, mix crackers with melted butter.
