Meat- Stuffed Eggplant. I am not a fan of eggplant. This recipe was good and I was able to eat thee eggplant. I did not add a chopped hard boiled egg. I didn't see the point of adding one to the mixture. I did add one raw egg to bind the mixture together. I also added 4 minced cloves of garlic to the mixture.
