I've been seeing a few versions of this recipe for Crispy Cheddar Chicken going around on Pinterest for the past few months, and it looked so tasty, so I decided to come up with my own, lighter version that keeps that those precious Points Plus at a minimum. No doubt, this Weight Watchers chicken recipe was an absolute hit.
Crispy Cheddar Chicken - REVIEW: This was super easy and delicious. I only used 1 sleeve of crackers and 3 large chicken breasts. I mixed in some extra seasonings (onion powder, seasoning salt) in with the cracker crumbs. I didn't use as much cheese or milk as called for in the recipe. I just put some in the container and added more as needed. Definitely will be making this again.
