Gearing up for anything big I think we take stock of who we are, who we want to be, AND who we don't want to be. To me, the cult of personality is one of the most unstable foundations to build a career on. I'm glad it's a worry I don't face. But it took me a few years to get to that place.

Paul is a graduate of Yale & the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, a former senior editor at Psychology Today; awarded the Rosalynn Carter Fellowship for Mental Health Journalism.
