Daniel Galmiche is one of my favourite chefs - and he has a cookery book of the most practical bistro recipes. Our lamb on Easter Sunday will feature the more traditional rosemary with the garlic - but this looks absolutely wonderful. I'll eat rosemary, but I'll be thinking of lavender!
