Silent Treatment A preferred weapon of Narcissists; a passive-aggressive form of emotional abuse in which displeasure, disapproval, and contempt are exhibited through nonverbal gestures, such as glaring, while maintaining verbal silence.


This is why I love my husband so much! We can talk about anything, but can just sit in comfortable silence and enjoy being together! =)


It means communication of what you need when you aren't feeling too good about yourself so you may deter from projecting your fears onto your loved ones and hurting them by doubting their trust and love


I thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday, and days before that too. I think of you in silence. I often speak your name. All I have are memories, and your picture in a frame. Your memory is my keepsake, with which I'll never part. God has you in His keeping...I have you in my heart.


GLSEN DAY OF SILENCE (April 15) is a student-led national event that brings attention to anti-LGBT name-calling, bullying and harassment in schools. Students from middle school to college take a vow of silence in an effort to encourage schools and classmates to address the problem of anti-LGBT behavior by illustrating the silencing effect of bullying and harassment on LGBT students and those perceived to be LGBT.


Day of Silence - April 19th 2013. The National Day of Silence is a day of action in which students across the country vow to take a form of silence to call attention to the silencing effect of anti-LGBT bullying and harassment in schools.
