Sometimes I have to remind myself of this when I start thinking of the pain I feel. It is easy to let that become anger. Instead I take deep breaths and try to understand how and why it happened and focus on how it will never happen again.
It’s easy to get really stressed and anxious and worn out. Don’t let your situation get the upper hand- take a deep breath and just know that you can do it! Take a deep breath let out all the stress. You deserve to be okay.
