Mists of Del Norte - took this during our trip to the Del Norte Redwoods with Ryan Engstrom and Aron Cooperman. We had a blast and though we did not see many rhodies, we got some very thick and dense fog the evening we were there. Hope you all like this!
Siberian spruce trees in Finland’s riisitunturi national park become covered a hard rime known as tykky as supercooled water droplets in fog freeze to the windward side of their branches. some trees can collect as much as three to four tonnes of this white ice, which is less dense than the familiar clear ice.
