"How Does HR Use Social Media?" | Roughly 50 percent of prison inmates fall into the medical category of "psychopaths" and so do roughly 37% of people in leadership positions. In what ever way HR uses Social Media to recruit people, it will fail the same way it failed in past decades recuiting psychologically healthy people for leadership positions. Because if processes fail due to the underlying value-sets, then switching the source of the system does not change the results. Sad but true.

She is interested in understanding how people think, and how they can think better. Her research, which is funded by the National Science Foundation, investigates how certain ways of thinking about an issue tend to stick in people's heads.

Ask, who benefits and who is harmed by this bias on institutional and cultural levels?
