Love and care from the near and dear ones are crucial to a long-term recovery, apart from conventional treatment procedures. So, it becomes imperative to be aware of symptoms and behaviors which are indicative of depression in a person.
"Motivate" Speech. I feel that this could be another useful thing to advocate to my audience. Penn State students should spread awareness of the fact that help must be granted soon to CAPS because they desperately need it. If a hotline were implemented that students could call or text to get help, I feel that it would greatly help out.
