Finally a DIY eye makeup remover like the Mary Kay remover!  I tried the other popular one that is water, oil and baby shampoo and it didn't work on my waterproof mascara. This one did!  Three or four wipes and my mascara was gone!  2 Tbsp witch hazel  2 Tbsp oil (your choice - olive, baby, coconut, jojoba) 2 Tbsp water  Mix it and put in a flip top bottle. Mine was $.97 at Walmart. by dizrose19
