You've got enough frosting to fill the layers and cover the sides and top of the cake, but Dorie Greenspan covers each layer generously, so generously that when the next layer goes on the frosting ripples out around the edges. Marquis au Chocolat This recipe is from "Chez Moi" by Dorie Greenspan. It is my son's favorite dessert and I cannot make it enough. With whipped cream, or Creme Anglaise. It is simpler to make than it sounds, and oh...delicious.
