sun dried tomato tortillas recipe: Mix 1 c flour, 1/4 c gluten flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 c oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 c sun dried tomatoes, rehydrated or otherwise softened. Stretch dough & cover with EVOO then sauce and toppings (I used roasted onion, peppers, tomato and garlic, Canadian bacon, and fresh mozz).
