Dry needling can be an effective treatment for myofascial trigger point pain. It is similar to acupuncture, but the reasoning behind it is different. Here is how dry needling had a significant positive impact on my health and struggles with trigger points.

I do make sure they understand the difference whenever I switch between doing acupuncture and dry needling.
