Slow Cooker Chicken Curry. Super easy and really very delicious. The sauce wasn't as think as I would like. For veggies, I added red pepper, cauliflower, and sweet potatoes, but not until the last 2 hours. I also doubled the sauce. Brad LOVED it and it made a lot of food.
